Fast food, slower weight loss
Use familiar Wendy's orders without losing sight of the full day. The calculator compares breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your estimated calorie target.
The short answer
A calorie deficit can lead to weight loss while Wendy's remains your preferred restaurant. Burgers, chili, salads, sides, dressings, drinks, and food eaten elsewhere all count toward the result. See the CDC's weight-loss guidance.
The calculator below starts with Wendy's selected. Personalize the target, shuffle complete days, or use the arrows to compare another Wendy's order. The estimate uses the profile and goal you enter; it is not a promise that a particular plan will produce an exact result.
*Uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, your selected activity and a 3,500-Calorie-per-pound planning approximation. Actual weight change varies.

Ordering strategy
Wendy's has burgers as well as chili, wraps, and salads. That range makes it possible to change the shape of a day without pretending every order is interchangeable.
Dressings and included toppings are part of an order. Use a calorie total that matches the version you will eat.
Chili, fries, and other sides change both the calorie total and what the meal contains. Count the side shown on the card.
A larger burger can fit some targets when breakfast or lunch leaves enough room. Compare the complete day rather than judging one item alone.

What the total does not measure
A Wendy's-only calorie total does not measure nutrient adequacy. Using different menu categories may add variety, but food from one restaurant can still leave gaps in fruit, vegetables, fiber, or other nutrients. NIDDK's healthy-eating guidance describes the food-group variety included in a healthy eating plan.
The calculator estimates calories; it does not assess sodium, fiber, vitamins, allergies, medication, pregnancy, eating-disorder risk, or whether a target is appropriate for you. A clinician or registered dietitian can help if your food choices are restricted or you have a medical nutrition need.
Meal totals are assembled from published U.S. restaurant nutrition information. Review the Wendy's U.S. nutrition and health information, read the site's calculator and meal-selection methodology, or check the nutrition data and corrections policy.
